What we do
We arrange non-medical care at home through trained, outsourced caregivers, including Punjabi-speaking caregivers: companionship, personal care, dementia support, respite, housekeeping, meals and rides. We also support people recovering from crashes and work injuries, and we're approved for ICBC and WCB coverage. For families with a wedding or trip coming up, we provide caregivers who can travel.
What we don't do
We don't provide nursing care. Keeping that line clear is part of being honest with you. If someone needs medical care, we'll tell you and work alongside the people who provide it.
How we work
- We listen first. Care starts with what the person wants, not with a package.
- We write it down. Routines, preferences and contact details go in a care plan you can review.
- We're straightforward. We'll tell you what something costs, what we can do and what we can't.
- We keep family in the loop, with the client's permission.
How care is arranged
Right Move Home Care is a home care company that outsources its caregiving. We talk with you, plan the care and arrange trained caregivers who come to your home. Care doesn't happen at an office, so there's nowhere you need to visit.
