Choose the support you need
- Destination wedding caregiver: care before, during and after a family wedding overseas
- International travel companion: help through airports, flights, hotels and outings abroad
- Private event caregiver: one-on-one support at local weddings, reunions and celebrations
Why families book this
Big family events are often the moment everybody wants an older relative there. They're also when everyone else is busy. A dedicated caregiver lets the bride's mother be the bride's mother, and lets your parent take part without worrying about being a burden.
How we plan a trip
- Tell us about the trip. Share dates, destination, how long you'll be away and what kind of help is needed.
- We meet the traveller. We go over mobility, routines, food, medication reminders and what makes them comfortable.
- You get a written quote. It covers caregiving hours and the caregiver's travel costs, such as flights, accommodation and meals.
- We prepare together. We'll work through a checklist with you, including doctor's advice, insurance, documents and airline assistance.
- The caregiver stays with them. They can help from your front door to your return home.

Our travel and event care is non-medical. Please check with your doctor before any trip, and buy travel insurance that covers existing conditions. If someone needs a nurse or medical escort while travelling, we'll tell you so you can arrange the right service.
Common questions
Which countries can you travel to?
Call us with your destination. We'll consider where it is, how long you'll be away and what's needed, then tell you if we can do it.
Who pays for the caregiver's travel?
The family usually covers the caregiver's flights, accommodation, meals and any required travel documents, along with their caregiving hours. Your written quote will spell it all out.
Can the caregiver stay in the same room?
It depends on the care needed and what everyone is comfortable with. Many families book a nearby or connecting room. We'll agree on this before the trip.
Can you give medical care on the trip?
No. Our caregivers provide non-medical support. If the traveller needs nursing or medical monitoring, you'd need a medical escort service, and their doctor should advise on whether travel is safe.
