Help we provide
- Personal care during your recovery
- Housekeeping and meal help
- Rides to treatment and WorkSafeBC appointments
First steps
- Report your injury and get a claim number.
- Talk to your WorkSafeBC case manager about the help you need at home.
- Call us at 604-343-8830 with your claim details.
- Confirm the approved services, hours and dates before care begins. Direct billing is available once WorkSafeBC has authorized your care.
If you're waiting on a decision
You can arrange private help in the meantime. Don't assume it'll be reimbursed unless your case manager confirms it.
Important to know
Right Move Home Care isn't part of WorkSafeBC. WorkSafeBC decides what's covered on each claim. Read more about WorkSafeBC home care.
